چکیده
The tissue engineering field has developed a scaffold that can be used to increase the bone regeneration process. Carbonate hydroxyapatite (CHA) is well-known due its human bones resembling components. was synthesized from K, G, and limestone-based CHA using freeze-drying method with K-G/CHA ratios (w/w) of 40:60, 30:70, 20:80, 10:90. A Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX), diffraction (XRD) were characterize scaffold. FTIR test showed some functional groups, such as hydroxyl, amide I, II, carbonate, phosphate. SEM-EDX micropore (<50 um) macropores (>50 structures well elements C, N, O, Mg, Al, Si, P, Ca. XRD analysis obtained crystalline amorphous particles. water content percentage (WCP) values 61.29%, 64.30%, 67.71%, 67.78%. composite ratio 30:70 ideal characteristics, swelling ratio, percentage.

Blends of chitosan and biodegradable synthetic aliphatic polyesters (polycaprolactone, poly(butylene succinate), poly[(butylene succinate)-co-adipate], poly[(butylene terephthalate)-co-adipate], and poly(lactic acid)) were injection-molded. These samples were immersed in isotonic solution at 37 degrees C for a period of 60 d. The water uptake and the degradation properties, as measured by the l...

In the past 20 years, there has been a growing trend towards the development and use of biomaterials for the repairing and restoration of damaged bone tissue. The calcium phosphate bioceramics have attracted great attention in the field of orthopaedics because of its similarity to the mineral component of bone tissue. They have been used as granules for example in non-load bearing small implant...

Present study involves the preparation of graphene grafted chitosan and hydroxyapatite (GgCH) composite through solution casting method for biomedical applications. The prepared composite was characterised by FTIR, TGA, DSC XRD and SEM analysis. The formation of GgCH composite was confirmed...
متن کاملApplication of silk fibroin/chitosan/nano-hydroxyapatite composite scaffold in the repair of rabbit radial bone defect.
Silk fibroin (SF), chitosan (CS) and nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA) possess excellent biocompatibility, thus, these were used to construct a SF/CS/nHA composite scaffold. Previously published results identified that this material exhibited satisfactory physical and chemical properties, and therefore qualified as a repair material in bone tissue engineering. The aim of the present study was to invest...
